Request account and data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your GPark account and associated personal data for the G Class passenger app or the Premium Driver (Premium Վարորդ) driver app on Android and iOS.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

G Class (passenger)

Open the G Class app and sign in.
Go to Profile / Settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Premium Driver / Premium Վարորդ

Open the Premium Driver app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

After you confirm, the account is deactivated within 24 hours and permanently deleted after 30 days, together with unused wallet credits, promotions, and rewards (except data we must keep by law, such as completed trip invoices).

Option 2 — Request by email

Email us from the phone number / email linked to your account:

support@gpark.am

Include:

Full name
Which app: G Class or Premium Driver
Mobile number used in the app (e.g. +374…)
The text: “Please delete my account and personal data”

We verify ownership of the account before deletion and respond within 30 days. You do not need to be signed in to this website to submit a request.
